The Alliance Française de Dar es Salaam is a not-for-profit Tanzanian association, founded in 1961 and officially recognized by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Its missions are to promote the French language, to organize cultural and artistic events, and, on a broader level, to foster cultural and linguistic exchanges between Tanzania and France.
Located on Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, Dar es Salaam, we offer a conductive and unique French-speaking environment from the Resource Centre to the cafeteria upstairs and the various Cultural Activities.
